Tata Steel has sold its entire stake in Jamshedpur FC to Churchill Brothers for a nominal ₹100, marking a dramatic exit from the Indian Super League.
The deal includes the transfer of the club's ISL sporting licence, 12 players, and two coaching staff to the Goan side.
Churchill Brothers must now pay the full ₹1.1 crore participation fee to the AIFF by Friday's deadline to secure their spot in the upcoming 2026-27 ISL season.
