You may create an account using your email address and password or through Google sign-in. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@lavamgam.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately, and any remaining subscription period is forfeited.
Free and paid plan options, feature access, and limits are defined only on our Pricing page (and at checkout). These Terms do not restate plan details. Paid subscriptions, where offered, are processed by Razorpay for eligible regions. We never store your full card number or CVV on Lavamgam servers.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from Settings (when available) or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep paid access until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation is not a refund.
Paid digital subscriptions are final and non-refundable once payment succeeds and access is activated.
We do not provide returns or prorated refunds for unused time. Limited exceptions (for example duplicate or unauthorized charges) are described in our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase you accept that policy. Plan details live on Pricing.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Lavamgam uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, blog articles, analysis, chat responses, and other content based on publicly available sources. Due to the nature of AI processing, content on Lavamgam may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lavamgam and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
