No Refunds on Digital Subscriptions

During our current early access period, all features are available at no cost. When paid subscription plans are introduced, all purchases will be final and non-refundable. Because our service delivers immediate access to digital content and AI-powered features upon subscription activation, refunds are not provided once payment is processed. This is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 for digital goods with immediate delivery.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Immediate Digital Delivery

Unlike physical goods, digital services are delivered instantly. When you subscribe, you immediately gain access to premium features including unlimited AI summaries, AI chat, priority responses, and more. This access cannot be "returned."

Free Plan Available to Try First

We offer a generous free plan specifically so you can experience Lavamgam's features before committing to a paid subscription. The free plan includes access to AI summaries (limited per day), all news articles, blog content, and weekly newsletters. We strongly recommend using the free plan to evaluate whether Lavamgam meets your needs before upgrading.

How Cancellation Works

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

Keep Access Until Period Ends

After cancellation, you continue to enjoy premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Revert to Free Plan

Once your billing period ends, your account automatically reverts to the free plan. No further charges are made. You do not lose your account or saved preferences.

Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider refunds or credits at our sole discretion for:

Payment processing errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error (e.g., duplicate charges)
Unauthorized transactions: If a charge was made without your authorization (subject to verification)

To report a payment error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@lavamgam.com with your transaction details.

European Union Users

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. However, by subscribing to Lavamgam and accessing digital content immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. This consent is obtained at the time of purchase.
