How paid digital subscriptions, cancellations, and billing errors work on Lavamgam.
Paid digital subscriptions on Lavamgam are billed through our payment processor. Once payment is successfully processed and paid access is activated, the purchase is final and non-refundable. We do not provide returns, prorated refunds for unused days, or refunds because you are dissatisfied with AI-generated content quality.
Paid access is a digital service delivered immediately upon activation. Plan options, prices, and limits are described only on our Pricing page — not in this policy. By completing a paid purchase, you acknowledge this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.
Unlike physical goods, paid digital access is granted as soon as payment succeeds. That access cannot be "returned" like a physical product.
Free access is available so you can evaluate Lavamgam before purchasing. What free and paid plans include is shown only on Pricing. We recommend reviewing that page before upgrading.
Cancel from account Settings (when available for your subscription) or by emailing support@lavamgam.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep paid access until the end of the billing period already paid for. Cancellation is not a refund.
When the period ends, paid access stops and no further charges are made. Your account and saved preferences remain unless you ask us to delete the account.
At our sole discretion, we may reverse or credit a charge when:
Report a payment error within 7 days of the charge at support@lavamgam.com with transaction details. Nothing in this policy limits remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Lavamgam is operated primarily for customers under Indian law. If consumer law in your country grants rights that cannot be waived (including certain digital withdrawal rights in some jurisdictions), those mandatory rights apply to the extent required. Where the law allows, and where you choose immediate access after payment, purchases remain non-refundable as described above.
