A Delhi court on Monday set aside the magistrate's order refusing to probe an allegation that Sonia Gandhi's name was included in the electoral roll three years before she acquired Indian citizenship in 1983.
Special Judge Vishal Gogne called the earlier order "non-speaking" and a "manifest error in law" for failing to hear police submissions or obtain a status report under BNSS provisions.
