SBI Funds Management, the asset manager behind SBI Mutual Fund, fixed its IPO price band at Rs 545–574 per share for a Rs 11,693-crore issue that opens July 14 and closes July 16.
The entire issue is an offer for sale by promoters SBI (61.73%) and Amundi (36.26%), so the company receives no fresh capital; SBI will take home roughly Rs 7,366 crore, Amundi about Rs 4,327 crore.
