Prime Minister Lawrence Wong warned that the US and China risk entering a cycle of "mutually assured disruption" if both sides keep imposing restrictions on each other. Speaking at the Singapore Press Club, he stressed Singapore's preference for friendly ties with as many nations as possible, including Europe, Gulf states and even North Korea.
