BT’s TalkTalk Rescue: 900 Jobs Saved, Regulatory Questions Ahead

BT has agreed to buy TalkTalk and its wholesale arm, PlatformX Communications, out of administration in a debt-free rescue deal. The transaction is estimated to cost BT £400m and secures a future for infrastructure serving around 2.5 million customers, according to City AM.
