SEBI approved the DRHP for the Rs 30,000 crore NSE IPO, clearing the biggest hurdle for India's largest stock exchange to go public later this year.
This comes a day after the Supreme Court dismissed SEBI's co-location case against NSE, ending a decade-long legal saga and removing the primary overhang on the listing.
The Sensex snapped its 4-day losing streak, closing 363 points higher at 76,515, while the Nifty ended near 23,900.
